Mary Jo Rapini and Janine Sherman who will be presenting, "Start Talking - Empowering Mothers and Daughters Through Communication."

Moms and their daughters ages 11-18 are encouraged to attend.  A copy of the Award-winning book, "Start Talking - A Girl's Guide for You and Your Mom" will be made available to each household attending.

Additional topics of interest include Dr. Jeanmarie Salinas, "My Changing Body" and Dr. Abigail Wynne, "Maximizing Physical and Emotional Performance in Young Girls.”
