My Soul Intention: you can be on top of the world…but you’ll stay there longer if you practice gratitude. It’s easy to be grateful when things are going well…much tougher when the going gets rough. But, that’s when it’s most important that you do practice gratitude. Gratitude is being grateful for the smallest act of kindness or grace when you need the biggest act. Gratitude makes everything grow. It minimizes anxiety and lightens the load of depression. You can lose everything, and still practice the simple act of being grateful for something.
