Good Tuesday Morning, Friends. My Soul Intention: anxiety increases when you’ve spent a sleepless night worrying about what isn’t likely to happen. It’s a vicious cycle. 20 million Americans have problems sleeping due to worry or anxiety. The more sleep deprived you become the more your anxiety increases. Practice shutting down the outside world before bedtime. Turn on soothing music, take a warm bath, or enjoy a warm cup of tea. You can face anything if you get the sleep your body needs. Turn the lights down, tuck everyone in and shut down your worried mind. The same mind that creates anxiety restores peace.
