Good Tuesday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: You can say the words but you can’t commit to another if you’re stuck on yourself. Talk is easy, however, when it’s time to make sacrifices necessary to improve or save your relationship, talk has lost its credibility and actions fall short of making the necessary sacrifices. Devaluing the sacredness of marriage or minimizing its symbolism to a legal document rather than the vow or promise it is, helps rationalize the end. Couples don’t outgrow each other…they grow more into themselves, their selfishness, and their inability to consider the possibility that their lack of commitment is the problem. The idea of commitment is always easier than the actions necessary to commit.
