You come home feeling as though you’re dragging and ready for bed. You’re working hard to take care of yourself and your family and that’s important, but so is taking care of yourself. Schedule time each day for you. Time to regroup, rethink and reprioritize. Look for something in your life to appreciate and give a loud shout out to that appreciation.
