If you’ve written a paper, you know the frustration of losing what you’ve written due to forgetting to save the changes made. The same is true with creating a healthy lifestyle. It doesn’t matter if it’s a new exercise plan or quitting a bad habit, you have to continually protect the time to exercise and not resort back to your original bad habits. Changing any behavior is tough, but making the change and forgetting to save it puts you back at the beginning feeling more frustrated than you were. If you have a stressful day or situation coming up that could sabotage you, prepare ahead of time so you won’t backslide into your old ways.
