Good Thursday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: part of experiencing success is eliminating “I can’t” from your vocabulary. Some things look insurmountable and some goals you set for yourself seem unattainable. But, you forget, there’s nothing you can’t do if you really want it. Losing weight, stopping a bad habit or beginning a new one is possible if you take small steps and don’t stop. Changes happen when you stop or re-direct the negative messages in your mind telling you that you can’t. You most certainly can, and you are; one small step at a time.
