Anger, jealousy, insecurity, regret and sadness are feelings that wash over your brain constantly. Acknowledging them is important. However, acknowledging and living in them are two very different things. Living in regret, anger or sadness are not healthy nor will it help you feel better. Life is up and down, you make decisions some of which you regret, but you cannot live in regret. A mistake or a loss won’t slow life down, and although it may shake you, it’s also meant to shape you and help you on the road to becoming the person you’re meant to be. Move the destructive feelings aside and begin a stronger, more confident self-talk to live in today and tomorrow.
