Good Wednesday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: the habits you practice become parts of the character you project to the world. Many of us grew up watching parents who worked, were stressed, smoked, drank or had a severe weight problem. It was a time when healthy coping skills weren’t talked about, weren’t modeled, and so many grew up repeating those same harmful habits. If you struggle with a bad habit, the time to change is now. If you make changes that also becomes part of your character, and watching anyone change for the better is an inspiration no matter who it is. Change is tough, but there is nothing as appealing as a person whose character represents commitment, strength and self-control of their behavior.
