Good Saturday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: Leaving a toxic relationship is a good thing; running back to it because you feel empty is not. Sometimes we get into very toxic relationships. It can happen at work, at home and with friendships. These people and situations stress you out, and you know in your gut they aren’t good for you. But when you try to leave, you also recognize the emptiness or loss of identity you feel. That empty feeling is a mirror reflecting how much of yourself you allowed to get sucked into the toxicity. Don’t go back even though you feel alone. The first step (walking away) is the healthiest step. Keep walking forward and away.
