Different things stress out different people, and how you cope with what’s stressful for you is what really matters. People who learn healthy ways to breathe through their stress or accept stress as being part of life and use it to motivate themselves get more accomplished. Stress doesn’t have to stress you out. Welcome it as an old friend, and use the energy you would’ve used fretting to get stuff done. The pressure you feel comes from internalized expectations you have for yourself. That’s okay too. It means you set the bar high for yourself.
