Good Saturday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: The choice is yours; is it going to be a day of joy, stress or distractions? We all have bad days, and what’s ironic about them is we gave into them. When bad things happen many times instead of looking for the good and taking the time to do something fun we get into the mode of brooding and feeling bad for ourselves and our day. The saddest part is we model this behavior to our kids. When’s the last time you found your teen zoning out in front of the TV and when you asked them why they replied with something bad or unhappy going on in their life? You can change your perspective as easily as you can change a light bulb. It would be unrealistic to expect to feel happy and enthusiastic every day, all day, but you can divert bad thoughts or happenings by taking a break from whatever is causing you stress or victimizing you.
