Good Friday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: When you’re down remember this. Self-pity makes you pitiful, but encouraging someone else makes you feel better! When you’re down in the dumps or blue the most common thing to do is think about why you’re blue. That usually makes you feel worse and you end up feeling worthless. The quickest way to make you feel good is to do something for someone else. Seeing someone smile and grateful helps you smile and give thanks too. We are connected in a way that is complicated but no less true. We need each other and we need to know we are loved. When you feel sad accept the feeling and know everyone feels sad sometimes, and then turn your focus on making someone else happy.
