Good Thursday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: when others consistently make you angry then it’s you who has the problem. Everyone gets angry from time to time. Anger is a healthy emotion until you lose control over it. Then it becomes a wall between you and those you love. Poor anger management causes illness, stress, anxiety, depression, breakups and loneliness. When you feel as though the world is against you and everything irritates you, you’ve crossed the line of normal anger and may be suffering from mental illness. Mental illness does not go away without medical attention. Seeking help for emotional health is as important as seeking help for physical illnesses. Value your emotional health with the same intensity you value your physical health for the best version of you.
