Good Tuesday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: your toughest competitor is the one staring back at you in the mirror. Most of fear is a feeling of not being enough. A fear that you are losing ground, falling behind, or not as good as they think you are. You worry about what others say behind your back while your biggest critic is in your head. Your thoughts and the words you mumble to yourself when you feel inadequate are much harsher than what your competitors may say or think. Learning to be your own advocate will save you years of therapy. Praise yourself when you accomplish something you’ve worked diligently on, and learn to comfort yourself with healthy behaviors such as exercise, socializing and meditation. Learning to care for yourself is the foundation of caring for others. Your only competition are the thoughts you allow to affect your thinking. Make them encouraging and motivational.
