Good Saturday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: Only you can control the on /off switch in your brain. When’s the last time you allowed yourself to wake up, stretch and stay in your pajamas? If you can’t remember, it’s been way too long. Many wake up with a list of things to do going around and around in their brain. During the work week that’s important and it helps keep us on task, but everyone knows that you have to shut down once in awhile to reboot and restore.
