Good Tuesday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: You can recreate your life with adding one good thing each day. When you evaluate your whole life you may find yourself focusing on the negative. This can create a sense of failure within you causing you to feel bad about yourself. Everyone makes mistakes and focusing on the negative parts of your life will cause you to become more fearful and anxious. Rather than ruminate at years’ end about your mistakes, begin slowly to add good things to your life. Something as small as taking five minutes to be still, pray or mediate can have a huge impact on making you feel more positive. Take the time to make a list of small things you enjoy most and begin to slowly add one of those things each week. It can be as simple as a walk around the block after dinner. Small actions of good have a powerful impact on creating a life you love.
