Good Friday Morning, Friends! My Soul Intention: In any situation if telling the truth destroys the plan, then the plan should be destroyed. Lies were not tolerated in my home growing up. I remember several instances where I was punished for telling a lie. My parents did not distinguish between a fib, white lie, and a big lie. A lie, was a lie, was a lie. With social media and online dating as well as Facebook and Twitter, white lies, fibs and big lies run the gamut. In fact, lying online is almost expected, yet in relationships, it is the one thing that most people will say they cannot tolerate. Lying comes from a place of fear, a fear of not being enough, not being popular, not being respected and losing. Dishonesty begins in the lies you tell yourself, and extend to those you live with, work with and love with. Your lies hurt those who love and trust you, but they will end up hurting you the most. Facing your fears and admitting your fears is the first step in becoming an honest and trustworthy person.
